M. C. A., was accepted and sales <br /> approved. <br /> <br /> A protest signed by a number of property owners <br /> and tenants near the northwest corner of Broadway <br /> and Second Street against the location of the <br /> Triangle Express depot was presented. On motion <br /> of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman and <br /> carried, the matter was referred to a Committees <br /> Trustees Dale and Chapman being appointed as such <br /> Cormnittee. <br /> <br />A petition s~gned by a number of property owners <br />on Spurgeon Street between Washiugton Avenue <br />Seventeenth Street asking that ~bove portion of <br />street be improved with Wortland cement concrete, <br />under the 1911 Improvement Act and 1915 Bond Act, <br />was read and on motion of Trustee Greenlead, duly <br />seconded by Dale and carried, same wes referred to <br />City Engineer Knox for checking. <br /> <br />Mr~ J. P. Harper, representing Harper Bros. was <br />before the Board in reference to renting or pur- <br />chasing the City paper bailer. On motion of <br />Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman and carried <br />the matter was referred to the Street Committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Grisset, representing the Diamond School <br />Trustees, was ~ fore the Board~n reference to <br />connecting a sewer line from the Diamond School <br />to the outfall sewer. On motion of Trustee Chap- <br />man, duly seconded by Dale ,nd carried, same was <br />referred to a Cormmittee; Trustees Chapman and <br />Greenleaf being appointed ss such Committee. <br /> <br />Mr. Robt. Gerwing, a property owner on South <br />Bristol Street was before the Board in reference <br />to having a main gas line installed on South <br />Bristol Street to the City Limit line before abov~ <br />portion of Street is improved by paving. On mot1~ <br />of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf an~ <br />carried, the matter was referred to tbs C~ir to <br />be taken up with the Gas Company. <br /> <br /> <br />
