Sept. llth, 19Z2. 7:30 P.M On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Trustee Tubbs and carried, Monday, September 18th, 1922, V:30 P. M. was fixed as data,or hearing pro- tests on Flower Street assessments. Deeds from Geo. M. and Ethel W. Ketscher~ ~red E. and Charlotte L. Whyte for street purposes, were accepted, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, and the Clerk instructed to have same recorded. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried, Street Superintendent Dahl was instructed to post signs on Fruit and East Sixth Streets against using above streets for heavy traff~ Mr. Thcs. A. Murphy was before the Board in refersmee to license fee for a carnival to be given under the auspices of the KnIFhts of Columbus, October 2$rd to 28th inc., 1922. On motion of Trustee Greenlea~ duly meconded by Tubbs and carried, permission was ~ranted at t~e rate of ~5.00 per d~y.
