M. was fixed as data,or hearing pro- <br />tests on Flower Street assessments. <br /> <br />Deeds from Geo. M. and Ethel W. Ketscher~ ~red E. <br />and Charlotte L. Whyte for street purposes, were <br />accepted, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded <br />by Dale and carried, and the Clerk instructed to <br />have same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, Street Superintendent Dahl was <br />instructed to post signs on Fruit and East Sixth <br />Streets against using above streets for heavy traff~ <br /> <br />Mr. Thcs. A. Murphy was before the Board in refersmee <br />to license fee for a carnival to be given under the <br />auspices of the KnIFhts of Columbus, October 2$rd <br />to 28th inc., 1922. On motion of Trustee Greenlea~ <br />duly meconded by Tubbs and carried, permission was <br />~ranted at t~e rate of ~5.00 per d~y. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by <br /> <br /> Dale and carried, Sewer Superintendent ~ray and <br /> <br /> <br />
