City Engineer Knox were instructed to investlgote con- ditions for s sewer line on Lyon, ~cClsy and ~cFadden Streets and report to the Board at next meeting. A petition signed by a number of pro~rty owners near French Street and Washington Avenue, askin2 that a light be installed at the east section of ~¥ench Street where same intersects Washington Avenue, was read, and on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs, t_be matter was referred to the ~treet Committee. The bond of A. RoJo for ~500.00 to do private contract cement sidewalk and curbing was referred to the choir and City Engineer for approval, on ~otlon of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale and carried. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the City Treasurer was recommended to ~}lace tbs money received for the sale of the Joint Out- fall Sewer and the Santa Aaa Main Sewer bonds out on interest until such time as needed for the cons1 of the two sewer lines. Application having been made by George R. Curtis for ar extension of the ti~e in which to complete the work and improvement on a portion of So~th Patton Street and South Van Ness Avenue, and good cause appearing there- for, Trustee %~. A. Greenleaf introduced $ resolution tending the time for the completion of the work by Geo. R.
