In the matter of the petition to pave Bush Street same was, on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Da~le and carried, referred back to petitioners with recommendation for six inch con-: crete pavement. Street S~]perintendent Da2~l reported that sidewalk' and curbs in the McFadden Home Tracts Nom. 1, 2 and 3 having been completed to his satisfaction, was . ready for acceptance. On motion of Trustee Gree~ leaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the report was accepted. The report of City Engineer Knox that the paving of Durant Street from Wawhington Avenue to the center of 15th Street had been completed according to plans and specifications, was, on motion of Trustee ~reenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, accepted. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Trustee Tubbs and carried, hearing of appeals on Flower Street Assessments was continued to ~onday~ September 2§th, 1922 - 8 P. M. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chap. man and carried, Mr..F..Purimgton was grant.ed~ permission to remove some large trees at 1st & Lyon Streets.
