In Re <br /> <br />~esolution of Award No.854 <br /> <br />hineteenth Street. <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the opening <br />of bids or proposals for the work ordered done and <br />improvement ordered made upon and along a portion <br />that open public street in the City of Santa Aha, <br />co~only known as Nineteenth Street, briefly <br />scribed in Resolution of Intention No. 830 and or~ <br />done in Resolution No. 84V; and the Board of T~usteee <br />being duly convened in open session proceeded to <br />and did publicly open, examine and declare all bids <br />received. Bids were received as follows: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The regrading to a sub-grade and the lay- <br />ing of a 5" concrete pavement with belt finish wear- <br />ing surface, complete with the fux,niahing of all <br />necessary equipment and material on an estimate of <br />1V,614.68 square feet. <br /> <br /> Item 2. 'Zhe trenching, furnishing and laying of <br />V house branch sewers, from the main sewer to the <br />curb line complete with furnishing of all necessary <br />equipment and material on an estimate of 126 linear <br />feet. <br /> <br /> Item 3, ~ne Oonstruction of concrete curb com- <br />plete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment <br /> <br /> and material on an estimate of <br /> <br />~ontraetom Item No. 1 Item No. 2 Item No. <br />B. R.Ford for the'work or improve- <br />ment as the lowest responsible bidder therefor, and <br />at the price named in his bid. <br /> <br /> Truste6 W. A. Oreenleaf then introduced a resolu- <br />tion awarding the contract to B. R. Ford. The reso- <br />lution was ordered filed, read, considered and <br />designated Resolution of Award No. 884; the roll <br />was called and the resolution passed by the vote of <br />the following named members of the Board of TTustees. <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, ¢.H.
