Absent: Trustees None. ~his being the time and place fixed in ~esolution of Intention No..846 and contained in the notice of improvement for hearing protests and objections to the proposed work briefly described therein and against the extent of the district specified, and certain persons interested and owners of property liable to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses thereof, b~ving made written protests and obJection~ to the proposed work: i~e Board of Trustees being duly convened in adjourned regular session proceeded to and did heap and consider all protests and objections made, and after full and final consideration thereof each and every one of the said protests were overruled and den~ d, and thereupon Trustee W. A. Greenleaf introduced a resolution overruling and denying esc~ and all of said protests.
