October 2~th, 1~22, to entertain <br />and hear any proposals or protests relative to <br />zoning districts. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chap- <br />man and carried, the protest of restaurant owners <br /> <br /> against the operation of lunch wagons on tbs street <br />was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by Chapman and <br /> <br />carried, petition for ornamental lights on West <br />Fourth Street was referred to the City <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, the Knights of Columbus were <br />granted permission to close ~bird Street at Garfield <br />at night during carnival held under auspices of <br /> <br />K. of C~ <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br />Dale and carried, the Clerk wss instructed to can- <br />cel Warrant No. 83~ made pay~able to F. P.
