E. Crouse for <br />permission to conduct a restaurant at 111 ~ast Sixth <br />Street was referred to the Polloe Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee D~e, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />end carried, Roy J. Lyon was granted permission to <br />hang an electric sig"n at 628 N. Main Street, under the <br />proper supervision. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee E~le, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, the Cope Electric Company was granted <br />permission to hang electric sig~ns at 425 West Fourth, <br />4 West Fourt and 405 South Birch, under the proper <br />supervi si on. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, the request of the Chamber of Commerce <br />that city remove an umbrella tree which interferes witl <br />ornamental light in the parking near new school on <br />North Main Street, was referred to the Street Committe. <br /> <br />A peri%ion.was presented asM~ng for the installation <br />of street light on West Highland Street approximately <br />4§0 Ft. East of Bristol Street. On motion of Trustee <br />Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, same <br />was referred to the Street Committee. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to Pave <br /> <br />Forest Avenue. <br /> <br />A retition signed by property owners on Forest Avenue <br />for the improvement of that portion of said street <br />lying between Fourth and Fifth Streets with 8" concre~ <br />pavement with belt finish wearing surface under the <br />1911 and 191~ Acts, was presented.
