174 <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />~nt, Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />the location of industries and making regulations <br />~hereon, havi~g been filed with the City Clerk on <br />November 6th, 1922, said Board, by its order, on said <br />6th day of November, £ixed Friday, November 10th, <br />1922, at the hour of V:~O P. M. at the Council Chamber <br />of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, at <br />the City H~ll thereof, as the time and ¥1ace when all <br />persons particularly interested and the general public <br />were invited and requested to attend said meeting, <br />and have an opportunity to be heard; that the purpose <br />of this meeting, ashereinbefore set forth, was set <br />forth in said notice; that it was ordered by the Board. <br />an~ said notlce was p~b~ish~d in the Ssnta Ana Da'ly <br />Evening Register on the 8th a~d 9th days of November, <br />1922. <br /> <br /> That on the 10th day of November said public <br />meeting of the Board of Trustees for said purpose was <br />duly held at the time and place set forth in said <br />notice, and certain persons particularly interested <br />s~d the general public were present at said meeting, <br />were d~ly given an opportunity to be heard, and were <br />heard in e general discussion of the matter concerning <br />said districts. <br /> <br /> One petition was filed, asking that a ~ortion of <br />the industrial district No. 1 should be take~ into <br />District No. 2 in the vicinity of Garfield and Malls- <br />day Streets, which was agreed to by t~e Board, and <br />other small adjustments of boundary lines were agreed <br />to al sa~d time. <br /> <br /> ~.fter all persons present were given an <br />opport~mity to be h*ard, the meeting adjourned'to <br />Monday, November, 13th, 1922, V:30 P. M. on motion <br />of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
