i75 Board met in regular adjourned session. ~Meeting called to order by President Mitchell. Present: Trustees J.W.-~k~bs, ~D.A.Oreenleaf, John O~ Mitchell and the Clerk. Absent: Trustee C. H. Chapman. In Re Amending minutes of August 28th. In Re Petition to open W. Richland Street. In Re Application W. D. Reynolds. In Re Map Tract No. 34V. Santa Ana City Hsll. Nevember 13th, 1922. 7:30 P R.H.Date, It appearing that st the meeting of this Board held ~,ugust 28th, 1922, this Board fixed the time for hear- ing the appeals filed against the Cypress Avenue assessment as 7:30 o'clock P. M. of Tuesday, September 5th, 1922, and that the minutes of said meeting of this Board incorrectly show that the ti~e for hearing appeals against Cypress Avenue improvement assessments was set as Tuesday, September 5th, 8:00 o'clock P. M. Now therefore, the Clerk is hereby directed and authorized to correct the aforesaid minutes at page 115, so that they shall correctly set forth the facts above recited ss to the said action of this Board. On motion of Trustee J. %~. Tubbs, duly seconded by W. A. Greenleaf and carried, the above action was taken. A petition signed by a number of property owners and residents of West Bishop and West Nighland Streets asking that necessary steps be taken for the opening up and continuation of Richland Avenue from Flower Street west to at least Shelton Street, was presented. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the matter wns referred to the Board as a Committee of the whole. The application of W. D. Reynolds for permission to hand a pictorial glass covered advertising sign at Hall's confectionery, 5th & Me[in Streets, sign to face 5th Street and to be attached flat to building, was, on motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to a Cormmlttee; Trustee Tubbs and Greenleaf beirg appointed ss such Co~mnittee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by C. reenleaf and carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's approval of Map Tract No. 34V, s subdivision within the three mile li~it.
