H. Chapman. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Amending minutes <br /> <br />of August 28th. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to open <br /> <br />W. Richland Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Application <br /> <br />W. D. Reynolds. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Map Tract No. 34V. <br /> <br />Santa Ana City Hsll. <br /> <br />Nevember 13th, 1922. 7:30 P <br /> <br />R.H.Date, <br /> <br />It appearing that st the meeting of this Board held <br />~,ugust 28th, 1922, this Board fixed the time for hear- <br />ing the appeals filed against the Cypress Avenue <br />assessment as 7:30 o'clock P. M. of Tuesday, September <br />5th, 1922, and that the minutes of said meeting of <br />this Board incorrectly show that the ti~e for hearing <br />appeals against Cypress Avenue improvement assessments <br />was set as Tuesday, September 5th, 8:00 o'clock P. M. <br />Now therefore, the Clerk is hereby directed and <br />authorized to correct the aforesaid minutes at page <br />115, so that they shall correctly set forth the facts <br />above recited ss to the said action of this Board. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee J. %~. Tubbs, duly seconded <br />by W. A. Greenleaf and carried, the above action was <br />taken. <br /> <br />A petition signed by a number of property owners and <br />residents of West Bishop and West Nighland Streets <br />asking that necessary steps be taken for the opening <br />up and continuation of Richland Avenue from Flower <br />Street west to at least Shelton Street, was presented. <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale <br />and carried, the matter wns referred to the Board as a <br />Committee of the whole. <br /> <br />The application of W. D. Reynolds for permission to <br />hand a pictorial glass covered advertising sign at <br />Hall's confectionery, 5th & Me[in Streets, sign to face <br />5th Street and to be attached flat to building, was, <br />on motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by <br />Tubbs and carried, referred to a Cormmlttee; Trustee <br />Tubbs and Greenleaf beirg appointed ss such Co~mnittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by C. reenleaf <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the <br />Board's approval of Map Tract No. 34V, s subdivision <br />within the three mile li~it. <br /> <br /> <br />
