T A petit~n was yresented asking that no restrictions with reference to zoning be flaced on North Mal n Street. On motion of Trustee Tuhbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, petition was denied. In Re Ordinance No. 69V Creating Zoning Districts. Ordinance "An Ordinance of tbs city of Santa Aha for the Public interes~,Itealth, Comfort, Convenience~ Preservation of the Public Peace, Safety, Morals,~ Order and the Public ~telfare, Providing for and Defining Ibe Boundaries of Four Districts and Prescribing the Classes of Buildings, 2tructures,i and Improvements in said several Districts, and the use thereof, Defining the terms used herein, and Prescribing the Penalty for the Violation of the Provisions hereof," having been submitted to the City Attorney, came on for final consideration, was read and considered$ tbs roll was called and the Ordinance passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.};.Chapman, H.II.Dale,i V..A.Oreen3. eaf, John O. Greenleaf, seconded by Trustee Tubbs and duly carried, the President of Board of Trustees and Clerk were'authorized to draw a warrant for the sum of ~5000.00 and deposit the same with the Clerk of the County of Orange in accordance with the order of the Superior Court given and entered on the 1Vth day of November, 1922, for taking possession of the rigLt of way for Joint outfall sewer pipeline, and cha~ge the same as costs of right of way, one-third thereof to be repaid by the city of Anaheimand one-third by the city of mFullert°n'.
