The Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana in session at the hour of 7:30 o~clock p.m. of ~.~onday, the 20th day of November, 1922, at the co~cil chamber~hereof in tbs City Hall, being the time and place specified in Resolution of Intention No. 869, and of which notice had been given for the hearing of pretests and objections agar. nat the work propose~ to be done or against the extent of the district to be assessed therefor in the improvement of a ~ of North Bristol Street and South Bristol Street, op public streets in the city of Santa Aha, or against the proposed change or modification of grade, and proceeded to hear all objections or protests pre- sented.. No protests having been made or filed against the proposed work or against the extent of the district, and no person appearing to o' Ject to the proposed change or modification of grade, and the Board of T~ustees having no¥~ acquired Jurisdic- % tion to proceed further with the work and to order the proposed improvement. Greenleaf introduced a resolution o~dering the.work to be done and improvement to be made on a portion of i.!orth Bristol Street and on South Bristol Street, briefly described in Resolu~' of Intention No. 8~9. The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, des~.~nated Resol~tion ing Work No..8V6, the roll was called and the reso- lution passed by tbs vote of t~e followi~ natured members of the Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees J.~.Tubbs, H.H.Dale, ~'.'.A.Green- leaf, John. ~. ~.~itchell. Tr~ stees None. Trustees C .H~ Chapman. Noes: Absent Trustee H. H. Da~e introduced a resolution deter- mining the unpaid assessments upon North Garnsey and Hickey Streets, d~rect~ng bonds to be issued therefor, and prescribing the denomination of s~ch bonds. The resolution wes ordered filed, read, con- sidered, designated Resolution No. 8~V and passed by the followin~ vote: Ayes: Trustees J.U.Tubbs, H.H.D~, W.A.Green- leaf, ~ohn O. ~Itchell. ~es: Trustees None.
