Birch was granted, on motion <br /> of Trustee Chapman d~uly seconded by Dale and carried. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs dully seconded by Dale <br /> and carried, the application of E. E. Edwards for a <br /> permit to conduct an oil filling station and auto <br /> repair chop at 1001 W. 5th St., was referred to a <br /> committee. Trustees Tubbs and Dale being appointed <br /> as such committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dale duly seconded by Tubbs a~d <br /> carried, 'the bond of Paul MoMillen ~c do private <br /> contract cement sidewalk and curbing was referred <br /> to the chair for approval. <br /> <br /> In the matter of the protest of E.P. Stafford agal~ <br /> the proposed opening of Bush from its present <br /> terminus to Edgewood Road. The proposition of Mr. <br /> Stafford that if the proposed opening was poatponed <br /> for three years, he would deed a right-of-way <br /> through his property- free. On motion of Trustee <br /> Greanleafduly seconded by Chapman and carried, t~ <br /> offer was accepted and City Attorney Scott was in- <br /> structed to procure from Mr. Stafford the necessa~2 <br /> <br />contract for same. <br /> <br />The request of Rev. J. <br /> <br />Rlohards of the M. E.
