Now Therefore, on this, the 2?th day of Febr ruary, 19£2, and within six months after the re- Jection of all the said proposals or bide, it ia by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha ordered that proposals or bids for the performance of the work, as in the first instance be re.adver- tised for and that sealed proposals or bids be' de- livered to the Clerk up to the hour of ?:30 o'clock P.M. of ~onday, the 20th day of March, 1922, at which hour all bids will, in open session be by the Board of Trustees of the City ~ ~anta Aha pub- licly opened, examined and declared. That all proposals, or bids be accompanied by a check payable to the City of Santa A~a, certified by a responsi'ole bank for an amount not less than 10% of the aggregate of the proposal ~o~ by a bond for said amount and so payable, signed by the bidde: and two sureties who shall justify before an office~ competent to administer an oath in double the said amount and over and above all statutory exemptions. The Clerk is instructed to post a notice with specifications conspicuously for 5 days on or near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered e. nd publish notice inviting such pro- posals and referring to the specifications posted or on file twice in Santa Aha Daily Evening Registe~ a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of Santa Ana and hereby designated by the Board of Trustees fo~ that purpose. The first publication and posting of said notice shall be at least lOdays before the time fixed for opening of bids. On motion of Trustee C. H. Chapman seconded by Trustee W.A.Greenleaf, and carried, the roll was called and the foregoing Resolution and order was passed and adopted by the vote of the following named members of the Board of Trustees.
