In Re Special Election Ordinal_ute $ 6Y7 ree~. Board of ' Ordinance No. 67? entitled as follows: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, by its Board of Trustees as the legislative branch thereof ordering the submission to t~e qualified voters of the City of Santa Aha, several proposition, of incurring a bonded deb~ for the p~_rpose set forth in Resolution No. ?59 of eaid City calling an election for that purpose reciting the objects and pu2poses for which the indebtedness is pro- posed to be incurred the estimated cost of each public improvement, the amount of the principal of the indebt- edness to be incurred therefor, a maximum rate of interes' to be paid on such indebtedness and fixing the date on which such election will be held, the manner of holding such election and the voting for or against incurring such indebtedness and providing that in all particulars not recited in this Ordinance such election shall be held aa provided by law for holding municipal elections in the City of Santa Ana, ~ was taken up for final motion, read, and considered, the roll was called and Ordinance No. 6?? passed by the vote of the following named members of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana: Ayes, Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H. Da!e, W.A.Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes, Trustees None, Absent, Trustees None. O~dlnanee No. 6?? having received the vote of two- thirds and more of all the members of the Board of Trust- ees of the City of Santa Ana, J. G. Mitchell, president thereof, declared Ordinance No. 6?? passed, and signed and approved the same and it was thereupon attested by the Clerk. A motion by Trustee Tubbs to adjourn was duly seconded by Chapman and carried.
