On motion of <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and <br />carried, the request was granted. Outting 9f <br />the curb to be u~der the supervision of the <br />Street Superintend,hr and the filling statics <br />under the supervision of Building Inspector <br />Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Attorney S. B. Kauffm~n was before the Board <br />on behalf of Geo. I. Ba~er in reference to <br />damages to hie property from high water in <br />Santiago Creek, claiming same was caused from <br />the construction of the Flower Street bridge. <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br />by Tubbs and carried, the matter was referred <br />to the City Engineer to make a report on con- <br />dition of the bridge. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlyle of Fifth and Bristol was before th, <br />Board and made a request that same temporary <br />repairs be made on West Fifth in order to make <br />same passable. On motion of Trustee Dale duly <br />seconded by Chapman and carried, the matter was <br />referred to the Street Committee. <br /> <br />M~. J~ J. Ziellian wan before the Board in <br />reference to the A~gentine Ant, asking the <br />Board to take some action in order to combat <br />this peet.
