T. & S. F. Railway Co~pany for <br />$5.00 for a pipe line license fee in order that the <br />City may construct a sewer line across their right of <br />way on Depot Street was denied on motion of Trustee <br />Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and car~ed. <br /> <br />In the matter of the application of the City of ~anta <br />Aha, Ashby ~u~ner, P. G. Beisael, F~ed Newco~ a~ <br /> <br />J. E. Talcott for permis~on to construct public b/gh- <br />ways over and across the right of way of the Pacific <br />Electric Railway Co, any, it was stated that a hearingl <br />in said matter had been set to be had before ExAminer <br />Williams, Friday, March ~let, 19~2 at 11:00 A.
