L. G~uhb, representing the Chamber of Commerce, <br /> was before the Board in reference to sewers for the new <br /> auto camp grounds near North Main Street and Santiago <br /> Creek, stating that about 800 feet of sewer line will <br /> have to be constructed and a~king the City to construct <br /> the same. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br /> by Tubhs and carried, the matter was referred to the <br /> Sewer Committee. <br /> <br /> Mr. P. E. Newman, et al, were before the Board protest- <br />' ing the action of the Board in granting H. Thorsos a <br /> <br /> permit to conduct a creamery plant on East Second Street <br /> near the P. E. Ry. track. A motion of Trustee Greenleaf <br /> duly seconded by Tubbs, that the Board reconsider and <br /> rescind the action taken at the meeting on March 15th <br /> carried, and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded <br /> by Greenleaf and carried, the application was denied. <br /> <br /> City Engineer Enox reported that tract No. 286, approved <br /> March 15th, ~ ould have first been referred to the City <br /> Engineer by the Board of Supervisors. He now presents <br /> properly referred Traet No. 266 for approval and on <br /> motion hy T~uatee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's <br /> re-approval of Map Tract No. 266. <br /> <br /> Attorney John B. Nichols was before the Board in <br /> reference to the dem-~d filed November Vth, lgYl, in <br /> favor of A. L. Main, in amount of $115.~6 doctor's fees, <br /> etc., for the inJur~ to his minor child, and at that tim~ <br /> referred to the City Attorney and Special Counsel. On <br /> motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe and <br /> carried, the matter was referred to the Board aa a <br /> committee.~'~__whcle. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf, duly seconded by Tubba <br /> and carried, H.
