This being the day, hour, and place notiSe of which was contained in Resolution of Intentio~ No. when and where any and all persona having any object- ion to the proposed work or improvement might appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the proposed improvement should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution: The Board of Trustees being in session pro- ceeded to hear and consider any and all objections tc the proposed work, no owner of property liable to be assessed for said work having made written or a~y protests or obJectic.ne a~ainet the proposed work, or against the extent of the district to be assaaeed and no person appearing to or did protest or object the board deemed and ordered to be here established of record that it had acquired and possessed Juris- diction to order the proposed work done and improve- ment made. Trustee John W. Tubbs then introduced a reso- lution ordering the work and d~reotlng the Clerk to post and publish notices inviting sealed proposals for the ~ork and improvement ordered. The resolu- tion was ordered filed, read, considered, and de- signated Resolution ordering Work No. ?~.
