Decker. g~ty Engineer Roy reported that an old oeec pool under the sidewalk on the East aide of ~ain and North of 4th ~e~a~ to the Rowley Bldg. had hayer been properly filled and that sidewalk wam sinking. On motion 9f Trustee Oreenleaf duly seconded and oarri. the matter was referred to the Water and ~ewer 0om. # On ~otion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by man and carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to have Mr. ~helly Horton live t~ to his contract with the City in reference to Street Swee~ings.
