Sidewalk <br /> <br />Denied. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Sidewalk and Curb <br /> <br />New Subdivisions. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Oreenlea£, duly seconded by <br />Chapman and carried, the Orange County Engineering <br />and Conatrnction Company were granted thirty days <br />exter~on of time for finishing their contract for <br />paving in front of the Spurgeon and Lineoln Sehooll. <br /> <br />On motion of T~uetee ~nbbm, duly aeC.ended b~ Green- <br />~eaf and ca~ied~matter pertaining to. the Flower <br />Street bridge in reference tn Oeo.. I. Bauer was re. <br />farted to the Board as a Committee of the whole. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Dale, d~ly seconded by Chap- <br />man and carried, the Clerk was instructed to open <br />bids received for the construction and erection of <br />a tower for the Fire Department. Onl~ one bid was <br />~eeeived, that of the Dixon Pump Wsrks, who bid <br />$468.00. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded <br />by Greenleaf and carried, the bid was accepted and <br />the City Attox-ney instructed to prepare neceasar~ <br />contract. <br /> <br />On motion of T~ustee Greenleaf, d~ly seconded by <br />Tubbs and carried, the matter pertaining to width <br />of Bristol Street north of Seventeenth Street to <br />Santiago Creek was referred to the City Engineer, <br />it being the sense of the Board same to be 60. feet <br />in width. <br /> <br /> In the matter of o~ening Richland Street from <br /> <br />Flower to Bristol, same was, on motion of T~ustee <br /> <br />Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and earTied, <br /> <br /> referred to the City Engineer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbw, duly seconded by O~een. <br />leaf and carried, the request of Mr. Latimer for a <br />permit to construct sidewalk on MaPle Avenue fi-om <br />Harwood Place to McFadden Street was denied. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by G~een~ <br />leaf and carried, City Engineer Enox was instruete~ <br />to check up sidewalk and curb put in on new sub- <br />divisions and a'seertain if same confox~as to the <br />specifications for sidewalks, and curbs. <br /> <br /> <br />
