Mitchell and <br /> <br />as read. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by <br /> Dale and carried, the request of Cardner & Hotz, <br /> for a permit to cut the curb at 305 East Third <br /> Street, for a driveway into their place of <br /> business, was granted under the supervision of <br /> the Street Superintendent. <br /> <br /> On r~otion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by <br /> Greenieaf and carried, the request of Knox and <br /> Stottt for a permit to install a 300 ~allon <br /> gasoline tank between the curb and sidewalk at <br /> 415 East Third Street, w~s ~ranted under the <br /> suDervision of the Fire Chief; the primp to be in- <br /> st~lled inside of the building. <br /> <br /> The request of Margaret Carl for'permission to <br /> set about twelve walnut trees in the parking at <br /> northeast corner of Patton and Walnut Streets <br /> was, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly· seconded <br /> by Dale and carried, referred to the Park Board. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by <br /> Chapman and carried, the request of W.S.Carlisle <br /> for a permit to install an additional 280 gallon <br /> gasoline tank at his place of business, 1302 West <br /> Fifth Street, was granted f~nder the supervision <br /> of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> In the matter of the request of G. G. Latimer <br /> for permission for the installation of six <br /> ornamental street lights on Harwood Place, two <br /> to be placed on each side of Harwood Place at <br /> Orange Avenue, two at Maple, one on the north <br /> side of Harwood Place about 140 feet and one <br /> on the south side about 280 feet from Orange <br /> Avenue, the posts to be Marblite with single <br /> lights, a duplicate of the lights aprroved by the <br /> <br /> <br />
