On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the request of Cardner & Hotz, for a permit to cut the curb at 305 East Third Street, for a driveway into their place of business, was granted under the supervision of the Street Superintendent. On r~otion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Greenieaf and carried, the request of Knox and Stottt for a permit to install a 300 ~allon gasoline tank between the curb and sidewalk at 415 East Third Street, w~s ~ranted under the suDervision of the Fire Chief; the primp to be in- st~lled inside of the building. The request of Margaret Carl for'permission to set about twelve walnut trees in the parking at northeast corner of Patton and Walnut Streets was, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly· seconded by Dale and carried, referred to the Park Board. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the request of W.S.Carlisle for a permit to install an additional 280 gallon gasoline tank at his place of business, 1302 West Fifth Street, was granted f~nder the supervision of the Fire Chief. In the matter of the request of G. G. Latimer for permission for the installation of six ornamental street lights on Harwood Place, two to be placed on each side of Harwood Place at Orange Avenue, two at Maple, one on the north side of Harwood Place about 140 feet and one on the south side about 280 feet from Orange Avenue, the posts to be Marblite with single lights, a duplicate of the lights aprroved by the
