In Re <br /> <br />East First <br /> <br />Improvement Bond Fund. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />ContraOt <br /> <br />Dixon Pump Works. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Deed for <br /> <br />htreet Purpose. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />aeoommendations <br />Fi~e Chief and <br />Building Inspector. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Canvass of <br /> <br />~pecial Election Returns, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs <br /> <br />and carried, the ,uanner of the disposition of t~e <br />Ua]anco left in the East First Street Improvement Bond <br /> <br />Fund was referred to the City Attorney and Special <br /> <br />Counsel to report to the Board at the hex6 meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and <br />carried, President Mitchell was authorized to sign the <br />contract with the Dixon Pump Works for the construction <br />of a steel tower for the Fire Department, according to <br />their bid on the smme. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale <br />and carried, the Board acce.oted a Grant Deed from the <br />Orange County Title Company for a three foot strip <br />along the South side of Elock "B" of the Buckingham <br />Tract for street puroose, and the Clerk was instructed <br />to record the same. <br /> <br /> The following recommendation from the Fire Chief and <br /> Building Inspector in reference to parking yards or <br /> stations: that all outside wails be enclosed down <br /> four feet with plaster board and balaqce of same to be <br /> of heavy wire screen, and no rem ir shops to be carried <br /> on in said yard.~ On motion of Trustee Dale, duly <br /> seconded by Greenleaf and carried, this recommendation <br /> was accepted and ordered olaced on file. <br /> <br /> This being the first Monday after the 4th day of <br /> April, 1922, on which was held in the City of Santa Aha <br /> the Special Election called by Ordinance No. 6V~ of <br /> said City, and the Board of Trustees of the city of <br /> Santa Ana, being duly convened in an adjourned regular <br /> meeting, .and the returns of said s~e cial election <br /> having been duly made and in the possession of the <br /> Clerk, the Board of Trustees proceeded to canvass the <br /> same; from the returns of ~aid Special Election, and <br /> the canvass thereof it appeared and the Board of <br /> Trustees find and order to be here established of <br /> <br />record as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
