J. Leonard for permission to <br /> cut the curb at the Northeast corner ,Sixth and <br /> Main Streets was referred to Trustee Gr~enleaf <br /> and Street Superintendent Dahl with power to act~ <br /> on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by <br /> Chapman and carried. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by <br /> Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk was instructed <br /> to sign the Board~s approval of Map Tract No. 271. <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly second by <br /> Dale and carried, the Clerk was instructed to <br /> advertise for bids for furnishing a dump body, <br /> complete with hoist, for the garbage truck, <br /> according to specifications on file in the office <br /> of the Street Superintendent. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br /> Chapman and carried, Street Superintendent Dahl <br /> was instructed to interview Knox and Stout in <br /> reference to securing a Ford truck equipped"with', <br /> a dump body for the Street Department on a rental <br /> basis. <br /> <br />A petition signed by a number of property owners' <br />on West First Street lying West of Flower Street, <br />petitioning the Board to Srder West First imProved <br />with 5 inch. Portland cement and belt wearing sur~ <br />face; work to be done under the Improvement Act <br />of 1911 and the Bond Act of '1915, was presented. <br />On motion of Trustee Greenteaf,duly seconded by <br />Dale and carried, the matter was referred to the <br />City Engineer for checking and to report at the <br />next meeting of the Board. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br />A petition signed by a number of property owners <br />on Bush Street, north of Santa Clara to the extreme <br />northerly end thereof, asking the Board to order <br />the above portion of street improved with a 4" <br />concrete base and belt wearing surface under the <br />1911 Improvement Act and the 1915 Bond Act, was <br />read, and, on motion of Tr~stee Dale, duly second~ <br />ed by Greenleaf and carried, the petition was <br />referred back to the petitioners to have same <br />changed from 4 inch to 5 inch. <br /> <br /> <br />
