In Re Ordinance Appointing A PourS-Keeper. APPROVED: 6~residen Board of City Trustees. Ordinance No. 685 relating to the appointment and qualification of a pound-keeper, prescribing his powers, duties and compensation, accounting of fees collected and the disposition of sam~, was given final reading and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees' J. W. Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H.Dale, Noes: ll~ustees J. G. Mitchell and W. A. Greenleaf. A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn to April 24th, 1922, 7:30 P. Greenleaf, On motion of ~rustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the request of Knox and Stout for a permit to conduct an auto parking and use~d car shed on the Roger~ property, Third and French Streets, was granted under the supervision of the Building Inspector and Fire Chief. In the matter of the application of Harry Norris for a permit to erect a lunch stand on the west side of Brea~ way, next to the Gerwi~g Building between Third and Fourth Streets, ~ame was referred to the Police Cormmittee on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded b~ Chapman and carried. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Dale and carried, Wa er Sue rintendent Wray was appointed a representative to attend the regular annual trip of inspection of the water spreading operations of the Water Conservation Assoaia~ion to be held May 3rd, 1922.
