In Re Resolution of Intention to Improve 1Vth Street. In Re Resolution Adopting Assessment Diagrs/n, Sewer District, Greenleaf Street, etal. In Re Ordinance Widening N. Bristol Trustee C. H. Chapman introduced a resolution declarin$ it to be the intention of the Board of Trustees of the/ city of Sauta Aha to order work to be done and tmprove~ ment made on and along a portion of that ~pen public street in the city of Santa Aha commonly ~own as East Seventeenth Street, also on and along a portion of t~e~ open public street in said city commonly known as West Seventeenth Street, in accordance with the Diane and specifications adopted therefor by Resolution No. of the city of Santa Ans. The resolution was ordered filed, read, con- sidered, designated Resolution of Intention No. the roll was called and the resolution passed by.the affirmative vote of the following named members of sai~ Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C.H. Cha~nan, H.H. Dale W. A. Greenleaf and Joku G. Mitchell. Trustees None. Trustees None. Noes: Absent: The diagram made by the City Engineer of the property affected and benefited by the work doue and improve- ment made on and along a portion of Greenlea~, West Santa Clara, Nineteenth Street and sewer right of way and which property is to be assessed to pay the cost and expenses thel-eof, was approved by Resolution No. 7V9 and passed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, C.H. Chapman, H.H.Dale W. A. Greenleaf and John G. ~ttchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None. Ordinance No. 686 entitled as follows: "An Ordinance the Board of Trustees of the city of Sa~ ta Arm, as the city council thereof, declaring its inten* tion to order an improvement to be made in the city of Santa Ana, briefly describing the im- provement ~nd the land deemed necessarT to be taken therefor, the district to be benefited by said improvement and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, referring to a map of said district, directing the posting and publicatien of notice, designating a newspaper for that ptu-- pose and ordering the mailing of notice", was taken up for final action, read, considered, passed, signed and attested, the same being passed by the affirmative vote of the following named memhers of the Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H. Chapman, H. H. Dale W. A. Greenleaf and J. G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees None.
