Moray for a permit to <br /> <br />a garage and eervlce station at the N. E. Corner of <br /> <br />and Rosa Ste. was granted, <br />leaf duly seconded by Dale <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubba <br />carried, the request of J. <br /> <br />on motion of Trustee Green- <br />and carried. <br /> <br />duly seconded by ~bapman a~d <br />w. Inman for a permit to <br /> <br />install a carpet cleaning revolving wheel and suction <br />fan at the rear of his place of business, 614 W. 4th <br />The permit was granted with the proviso- that if <br />becomes noisy th~ a belt be installed. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, the Orange County Engineering & Con~truoti¢ <br />Co. were granted a permit to close French Street b <br />tween 14th and 15th St. in order to pave said portion <br />street, under their contract for paving the Lincoln <br />School property. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Chapman &a~seconded by Tubbe <br />and carried, the request of Fine and Gilbank for a per- <br />mit to fnatall an a~ditional ~O0 qallon gasoline tank <br />at their place of business 2nd and ~ain St. was granted <br />under the supervision of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />and carried, <br /> <br />Trustee Greanleaf duly seconded by Tubbe ~ <br />a deed for a portion of ehelton St. not <br />already dedicated for Myrtle to Highland Sra. was <br />accepted and ordered recorded, from Jay Brooks et al <br />and an agreement made that the City would shape and <br /> <br /> <br />
