Du~ant Street° On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Dale and carried, the Santa Fe Railway Company's request to use. the oil pit belonging to the City and situated on the Railway's pro~rty, was granted until Such time as the City may need the same. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried, the request of Harry Norril for permission to conduct a lunch stand on the West side of Broadway between Third and Pourth Streets, next to the Gerwing Building, was granted. A petition signed by all the property owners in the block bounded by Fourth and Fifth, Lacy and Garfield giving their consent for Mr. Lacy to move on his lot 81V East Fourth, a small building, was read and on motion of Trustee Chapman, duly second6d by Green- leaf and carried, permiss~n was granted. ~'' ' Trustee J. W. Tubbs introduced a resolution adopting!. plans and specifications required by Resolution No. ?80 for the work to be done and improvement to be made upon a portion of E~rant Street. The re~ lution was ordered filed, read, consid-I ered and designated Resolubion No. ?81; the roll was called and the resolution passed by the following vote: Ayes: NOES: Absent: Trustee ~ Trustees J. Chapman introduced a resolution de- claring it to be the intention of the Board of Trustees to order work done and improvement to be made upon and along a portion of that open public street lu the City of Santa Aha, commonly known as E~trant Street, which portion of Durant Street is described as extending north from the northerly line of West Washington Avenue to the Center line of West Fifteenth Street and for the entire width of E~Arant Street. The resolution was ordered filed, read, consid- ered and designated Resolution of Intention No.~82~ the roll was called and the resolution passed by the following vote, to,wit: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H.Dale, ~.
