Lacy <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Plans and ~pecificattons <br /> <br />Durant Street. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution of Intention ?82. <br /> <br />Du~ant Street° <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br />Dale and carried, the Santa Fe Railway Company's <br />request to use. the oil pit belonging to the City <br />and situated on the Railway's pro~rty, was granted <br />until Such time as the City may need the same. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, the request of Harry Norril for <br />permission to conduct a lunch stand on the West side <br />of Broadway between Third and Pourth Streets, next <br />to the Gerwing Building, was granted. <br /> <br />A petition signed by all the property owners in the <br />block bounded by Fourth and Fifth, Lacy and Garfield <br />giving their consent for Mr. Lacy to move on his lot <br />81V East Fourth, a small building, was read and on <br />motion of Trustee Chapman, duly second6d by Green- <br />leaf and carried, permiss~n was granted. ~'' ' <br /> <br />Trustee J. W. Tubbs introduced a resolution adopting!. <br />plans and specifications required by Resolution No. <br />?80 for the work to be done and improvement to be <br />made upon a portion of E~rant Street. <br /> <br /> The re~ lution was ordered filed, read, consid-I <br /> ered and designated Resolubion No. ?81; the roll was <br /> called and the resolution passed by the following <br /> <br />vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> <br /> Absent: <br /> <br />Trustee ~ <br /> <br />Trustees J. Chapman introduced a resolution de- <br />claring it to be the intention of the Board of <br />Trustees to order work done and improvement to be <br />made upon and along a portion of that open public <br />street lu the City of Santa Aha, commonly known as <br />E~trant Street, which portion of Durant Street is <br />described as extending north from the northerly line <br />of West Washington Avenue to the Center line of West <br />Fifteenth Street and for the entire width of E~Arant <br />Street. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, consid- <br />ered and designated Resolution of Intention No.~82~ <br />the roll was called and the resolution passed by the <br /> <br />following vote, to,wit: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H.Chapman, H.H.Dale, <br /> ~.
