P. Vandewalker for <br />plumbing and gas fitting and A. Biekford for ~ri- <br />vats contract cement sidewalk and curbing, were re- <br />ferred to the Chair and the headsof various depart- <br />ments for approval. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, the application of <br /> E. Baum for permission to conduct a lunch room at <br /> 819 East Fourth Street, was referred to the Police <br /> Committee. <br /> <br /> Mr. J. P. Smith and Linn Shaw, representing the <br /> Realty Board, were before the Board requesting this <br /> Board to cooperate with them in annexing a shoe- <br /> string strip to the Newport Harbor. On motion of <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenl~af and car- <br /> ried, the matter was referred to the Board as a <br /> Committee of the whole, including the City Engineer <br /> ,, <br /> <br /> Mr. George Minter, representing the Orange County <br /> Historical Society, was before the Board requesting <br /> permission to shift the sidewalk three feet on both <br /> Main and Mcfadden Streets in order to preserve some <br /> <br /> <br />
