Ford, it being the lowest regular <br /> <br />proposal or bid of a responsible bidder and awarded the <br /> <br />contract for the work and improvement to B. R. Ford at the <br /> <br />price named in his bid. <br /> <br />Trustee J. %'~. Tubbs thereupon introduced a peso- <br /> <br />lution which was ordered f~led, read and considered, <br /> <br />designated Resolution of Award No. 790, the roll was <br /> <br /> <br />
