P~ckel was F,'anted a <br />co~d~ct an auto rep. air shop at 415 East <br /> <br />duly seconded by Tubbs <br /> permit to <br /> Third Street4 <br /> <br />On motie~ of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, Eddie Paum wos granted a permit to <br />conduct a lunch room at 918 East Fourth Street. <br /> <br />carried, the matter was referre~ to the Health De- <br />partment to cooperate with Mr. Ziellan and re~ort at <br />the next meettuF of the Board. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br />Prof. Nelson of the Junior High School was before <br />t~e Board asking for permission to close Main Street <br />between Church and 10th Streets from twelve to two <br />P. M., June 5th and from five to seven P. M. June <br />6th, 1922. On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded <br />by Tubbs and Carried, the request was granted and <br />the Police Department instructed to turn the traffic <br />at these points at the above stated time. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, dnly secen~ed by <br />Chapman and carried, the Police Department was in- <br />structed to arrest all violators of the State Law <br />with reference to speeding and overloaded trucks <br />w~tbtn the City Limits. <br /> <br />,, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee q~bbs, duly seconded by Chapman <br /> and carried, the Y. 5~. C. A. Com. were granted a <br /> permit to erect a clock at the corner of Fourth and <br /> ~aln Streets for the purpose of advertisln~ the <br /> stand~n~ e~cb day of the amount raised for the <br /> <br /> Y. ~. C.
