For~ <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed for the opening <br />of bids or po~posals for the work .ordered done and <br />im~provement ordered made upon and. along a portion of <br />that open public street in the city of Santa Aha, <br />commonly known as Bush Street, briefly described in <br />Resolution o~ Intention No. 915. and. ordered done in <br />Resolution No. 959-, and the Board. of T~ustees being <br />duly convened in open session proceeded to and did <br />publicly open, exaraine and declare all bids received. <br />Bids were received as follows: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The regrading to a subgrade and the <br />laying of six (6) inch concrete pavement with belt <br />finish wearing surface complete with .the furnishing <br />of all neoessa~ equipment and material on an estimate <br />of 65,V3~ square feet. <br /> <br /> Item 2. ~e construction of concrete curb <br />complete, with the furnishing of all neoessar7 equip- <br />ment, labor and material, on an estimate of 9-40.9 <br />linear feet. <br /> <br /> Item 5. The t~enshing, furnishing and lay- <br />ing of five (5) four (4) inch house branch sewers <br />from the main sewer to the curb line complete with <br />the furnishing of all neoessal~ equipment, labor and <br />material on an estimate of 105 linear feet. <br /> <br /> ~tem 4. The trenching, furnishing and laying <br />of one (1) six (6) inch stub end main sewer in <br />acoor~anoe with plans and specifications complete <br />with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, <br />labor and material on an estimate of thirty (30)lin- <br /> <br /> ear feet. <br />Item 1. The <br />r4solution was ordered filed,~ad, considered and <br />designated Resolution of Awar~l No. 940. .The roll <br />was called and the resolution passed by the follow- <br /> <br />ing vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> <br /> C.R.
