McCowen and R. B. <br />Hill for permission to place device for sterioptican <br />advertising on top of Rowley Drug Company building s~ <br />4th and Main Streets, was referred tot he Electrical <br />and Building Inspectors to report back. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman <br /> and carried, the application of Robertson Electric <br /> Company for permission to hang an electric sign for <br /> A. E. Hawley at 305 N. Sycamore was granted under the <br /> proper supervision. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Dale and <br /> carried, sale by Santa Ana Board of Education of <br /> Lots 12 and 13, Bl$ck A, Goldsmith Addition, to <br /> Frank G. Freeman for $~,000 was approved. <br /> <br /> A petition was presented sign*d by property owners <br /> on Buffalo Avenue between Main and Broadway asking <br /> that that portion of said street be improved with <br /> six inch Portland cement concrete with belt finish <br /> wearing surface under 1911 and 1915 Acts. On motion <br /> of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Dale and carried, <br /> petition was referred to the City Engineer to cheek <br /> up and report back. <br /> <br /> A petition wes ~resented, signed by property owners <br /> on Baker Street aR ing that that portion of said <br /> street from 4th St. on the south to Hickey Street <br /> on the north be improved with five inch concrete. <br /> On notion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Dale and <br /> carried, petition was referred to the City Engineer <br /> to report back. <br /> <br /> <br />
