RESOLUTION NO. 52-13 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ASSIGNING OFFICERS AND E~wLOYEES OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA TO THE VARIOUS SALARY STEPS <br /> <br /> WMEREAS, heretofore on December 26, 1951 the City Council <br />adopted Resolution No. 5114 which said Resolution established <br />salary and wage schedules, allocated classes of employment to cer- <br />tain schedules, and fixed certain rules regulating the use of said <br /> <br />schedules and the various steps thereunder, providing for advance- <br /> to <br />merit/Step C, for merit advancements, for reduction in or from the <br /> <br />merit steps and regulating other matters regarding the salary <br />schedules and steps; and <br /> <br /> WM~EAS, a study of the individual wor~ recordsof the <br />various officers end employees of the City has been made and an <br />allocation to steps should be declared; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the present officers <br />and employees of the City of Santa Aha hereinbelow enumerated by <br />name and class title, shall be placed upon the step in the salary <br />schedule to which they have been allocated as shown next hereinbe- <br />low under the listing of officers and employees as the "approved <br />step-. <br /> <br /> <br />
