RESOLUTION NO. 4035 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ]lqG AND DIRECTING CLERK TO AD¥~L~- <br /> TISE FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALL&TION OF A BAR SCREEN <br /> IN THE JOINT OUTFALL SEWER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has become necessary to install a bar screen in <br />the treatment plant operated by the contracting parties under the <br />name of Joint 0utfall Sewer, which said bar screen was provided for <br />in the current budget; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />as contracting City hereby directs the City Clerk to publish a <br />notice to bidders inviting bids for the furnishing of a bar screen <br />in accordance with plans and specifications on file in the office <br />of the Orange County Joint 0utfall Sewer, said bids to be opened at <br /> <br />1:00 P.M. on the l~th day of ....
