The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered sad ~ seed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees C.R.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, Nat H. Neff, G. W. Tubbe. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee C, L.Killen. 'l~is being t~e time sad place fixed and set forth in ~esolution of Intention No. 1153 to order work done and improvement made upon a nortion of West Bishop Street and the Board of Trustees being d~ly convened in regular session, proceeded to hear and pass upon a~l protests. ~o owner of pronerty l~able to be assessed for sa~d work made written protest or any protest against the Otc- posed work or sgnlnst t~e extent of the district to be assessed therefor, and no person appearing to orotest or did protest or object or show any cause why the im- provement should not be carried o,~t in accordance wlth Hesolutlon of Intention No. 1153, the Board of Trustees deemed that it had ~cquired Jurisdiction to order the ~roposed i~provement. Thereupon Trustee Chapman introduced s re~ lution ordering tbs work to be done ~nd imorovement to be mad~ which is briefly desc~dbed in Re solutlon of Intention No. 11~3; the resolution was ft~ed, re,d, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Work No. 11~6 and passes by the following vote: Trustees C.H.Chaoman, Geo. MePhee, Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs. Trustees None.
