This being the dly and hour set for the hearing of appeals or protests of any person or persons interested in the ir~rovement or assessment made therefor, on Linwood Avenue and Eastside Avenue, and no person appearing to protest against any of the proceedings taken, the Clerk repasted that no written protests hsd been filed. ~he Clerk also reported that the Superintendent of Streets filed a lette~ with the Clerk prior to the time set for the hearing, calling the Board's attention to certain clerical errors in the diagram and assessment, and on motion of Trustee Neff, duly seconded and carrie~ the Board found that tbs clerical errors did exist in the assessment and diagram directed the Su~rintendent of Streets to modify and corre~ the said errors as set out in his communication. The Superintendent of Streets r~ported that ke hsd modified and corrected t~e assessment and diaFram pursuemt to the order of tlc Board and the Boardnow being satisfie with tbs correctness of the assessment, on motion of Neff, seconded by Chapman and carried, resolution confirm- ing the assessment as modified, wes passed by the followin vote: Ayes: Noes: Absent: Trustees C.H.
