Shelton St. as set out in Ordinance of Intention ~o. V~3 snd no quo~umbeing present at meeting of December ~lst, 1~2~, end this being the next regular meeting cf the Boerdcf Trustees, written protests against the proposed ~pe~ing · said street were pre- sented by the Clerk. Thereupon, Trustee Neff intro- duced ~ resolution fixing the time for hearing ~otests or objections filed with the clerk.
