Ford Oglesby & Dahl A P~xOVED: being the t~me and place fixed for the opening of bids or proposs]s for the work ordered done and improvement: ordered made upon ~nd along a portion of West Bishop Street, briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 1153, ~d the board of Trustees be'ag now in session proceeded to end did publicly open, examine and declare ell bids received: bids were received as follows: item 1. '~he regrading to a subgrsde and the laying of five (5) inch concrete pavement with belt finish we,ring surfsce, complete w~th the f,'rnishing of ell necessary equipment, labor end material on an estimate of 44,680 square feet. Item 2. The excavation of trench spproximstely six (6) feet deep and t~e laying therein of six inch main sewer pipe in accordsnce with the plans and specifications com- plete with the furnishing of ell necessary equipment, lsbor ~nd material on sn estimate of 106 linear feet. Item 3. The trenching, furnishing and laying of fifteen four inch house breach sewers from tt~e main sewer to the curb line complete with the furnishing of sll necesssry equipment, labor end material on sn estimate of 320 linear feet. Item 4. The excavation for end tbs construction of one Flush Tank in sccordance wlth clans and speclficat~ons complete with all necessary equipment, labor e.d material. The Board of Trustees thereupon rejected all bids except the bid hereinafter mentioned and awarded the contract to bells &. Bres~ler for the work or improvement ss the lowest responsible bidder therefor, at the price n~med in their bi¢ Trustee Neff then introduced ~ resolution awarding the contract to We]Is & Bressler. The resolution was ordered fi]ed, reed, considered, designated Resolution No. 1183 ~ndp~ssed by the following vote: Ayes: Trustees G M. Ch~pmsn, Geo. McPhee, E. Nat H. Neff, J. W. Tubbs.
