It appesrlng thnt a protest was filed by the Southern Pnciflc Company ~ga~nst the Droposed work and against the extent of the district to be assessed, the ~me was duly heard, considered and pa'seed upon by the Board of Trustees and was overruled and denied. Trustee Ycnhee thereupon introducee n resolution over- ruling ~nd denying the protest of the Southern P~e~ Com~,ny. The resolution w~s ordered filed, read, con- sidered, des~nated Resolution Overru]i~ Protests No. ll95;~he roll w~s called ,nd the resolution passed by the follow~ vote: Trustees C.Y.Cha~.~n, Oeo. ~cP~ee, E.
