Trustee Chapman then introduced a resolution awarding tbs contract to Steele Finley. This being the time and place fixed for the opening of bids or proposals for th~ work ordered done s nd improve- ment ordered made upon and along a portion of Street, briefly d~scrlbed in Resolution of Intention No. 1125: and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in open session proceeded ~o and did publicly o~en, examine and declare all bids received.
