Harmon for use of city water <br /> et sewer farm for a short ti~e w~s referred to the <br /> Water Committee and City Attorney with power to Act. <br /> <br /> Chas. D. Swarmer, representing Areric~n Legion and Co. <br /> "F" was before the Board requesting donation to Compan <br /> "F" ~ess Fund toward expense of encampme~t. On motion <br /> of Trustee ~cPhee, seconded by Chapman an~ carried, <br /> request was granted ~d warrant ordered drawn. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee ~cPhee, seconded byP~trinton <br /> carried, H. J. Dyssrt w~s granted permission to hold <br /> d~,nces on Thursday n~ghts, at Elite Mall, ~16~ E. ~rd <br /> St., with provision that Mr. Dyssrt pay for services <br /> of special police officer to be stationed at hall by <br /> Police Chief; this permit granted at pleasure of Board, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee ~cPhee, seconded by Purlnton end <br /> carried, Plumbing Inspector was instructed to furnish <br /> Board with estimate of cost of necessary repairs to <br /> plu~Iblng in City Hall. <br /> <br /> Ca motio~ of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Purinton and <br /> carried, Sanitary Insyector was instructed to place <br /> tags on dilapidated garbage cans notifying owners that <br /> same must be kept in proper condition for garbage. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chapman and <br /> carried, wooden appro.ches over sidewalks were ordered <br /> <br />removed throughout the city. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Purinton, <br />carried, voucher in amount of <br /> <br />seconded by Chapman end <br />$1Z2V.05 from the <br /> <br />California Edison Company covering franchise tax in <br />accordance with Ordinance No. 2~4, was accepted and <br />the Clerk instructed to deposit with the Treasurer. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Purinton and <br />carrie~ bill of sale was ordered issued to ~.J.Ritter <br />covering team of horses recently pnrchased from the <br /> <br />Street Department. <br /> <br /> <br />
