Several property owners appeared before <br /> the Board and entered oral protests with reference <br /> to the grade and drainage of the street. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by <br /> Purinton and carried, the m~tter wms taken ~nder <br /> advisement and Street Committee, ~ity En~ineer and <br /> property owbers requested to investigzte thoroughly <br /> and report back in one week. <br /> <br /> ~hts being the first Monday and meeting of the <br /> Board of Trustees of the c~ty of Santa Aha after <br /> the 28rd day of June, lg25, on which was he~d the <br /> special election to vote for and against the <br /> issuance of the bonds of the City of Smuts Aha for <br /> the completion of the municipal water works thereof; <br /> the Board of Trustees proceeded to and did sanvaas <br /> <br /> the returns of said election and find: <br /> That there were cast Y~S Bg4 votes. <br /> ~l~nat there were cast NO 1882 votes. <br /> <br /> That less than two thirds of all the voters <br /> voting at the election voted in favor of the pro- <br /> position and the issuance ~nd the sale of the bonds <br /> are nna~thorlzed. <br /> <br /> Trustee Co~lier introduced a resolution a~pting <br /> plans m~d specifications for tbs ~nstallation of <br /> a lighting system upon and along portions of the <br /> following streets: N.
