Shelton St. Purinton, seconded by Chapman and carried, petition was denied and permission granted to, moving of old house. On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Purinton and carried, boulevard stops were ordered p&~nted at the following locations: On Washington Ave. both sides of M~n Street. On Seventeenth St. both sides of Main Street. On Bristol Street both sides of Fourth Street. On motion ~ Trustee Collier, seconded by Purinton and carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare ordinance prohibiting the sale of fire works inside the city limits. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chapman and carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's approval to Map Tract No. 7§8, when bond is flied covering improvements. # This being the time and place fixed and set forth for the opening of bids or proposals for the improvement of a portion of North B~er Street as briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 1450, and the Board of Trustees being duly convened in open session, proceeded to open, examine and declare all bids receive~ as follows: Item 1. The gra~ ng to a subgrade and the laying of a five inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement l~mplete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 98,4~2.94 square feet. Item 2. The excavation for and the construction of cement concrete curb complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 4608.7 linear feet. Item 5. The trenching, furnishing and laying of four inch diameter house connection sewer laterals complete with the furnishing of all necesear~ equip- ment, labor and material on an estimate of 1558 linear feet.
