Shelton St. <br /> <br />Purinton, seconded by Chapman and carried, petition was <br />denied and permission granted to, moving of old house. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Purinton and <br />carried, boulevard stops were ordered p&~nted at the <br />following locations: <br /> <br /> On Washington Ave. both sides of M~n Street. <br /> On Seventeenth St. both sides of Main Street. <br /> On Bristol Street both sides of Fourth Street. <br /> <br />On motion ~ Trustee Collier, seconded by Purinton and <br />carried, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare <br />ordinance prohibiting the sale of fire works inside the <br />city limits. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the Board's <br />approval to Map Tract No. 7§8, when bond is flied <br />covering improvements. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />This being the time and place fixed and set forth for <br />the opening of bids or proposals for the improvement of <br />a portion of North B~er Street as briefly described in <br />Resolution of Intention No. 1450, and the Board of <br />Trustees being duly convened in open session, proceeded <br />to open, examine and declare all bids receive~ as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The gra~ ng to a subgrade and the laying of <br />a five inch Portland Cement Concrete pavement l~mplete <br />with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor <br />and material on an estimate of 98,4~2.94 square feet. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The excavation for and the construction of <br />cement concrete curb complete with the furnishing of <br />all necessary equipment, labor and material on an <br />estimate of 4608.7 linear feet. <br /> <br /> Item 5.
