M. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Purinton and <br />carriec% application of Scott Cunningham for permissit <br />to install barber pole at 314 Buwh Street was referre( <br />to the Police Committee and Electric Inspector. <br /> <br />J. G. Mitchell was before the Board in behalf of the <br />Modern Woodmen of America, asking permission to hang <br />banner across Main St. near Santa Aha Hotel to direct <br />M. W. A. delegates to convention headquarters May 8th <br />and 6th, also permission to place small arrows on pole~ <br />directing way to headquarters. On motion of Trustee <br />Chapman, seconded by Purinton and carrie~ the request <br />was granted. <br /> <br />On ~otion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, Royal Neighbors were granted permission to hal <br />two banners across 4th St. one at Ross and one at <br />Sycamore, advertising District Convention of Royal <br />Neighbors to be bald in Santa Aha April 21st. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, application of Jno. Utz for permission t o <br />conduct light repair shop at 800 S.Flower St. was <br />referred to the Board as a whole. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Purinton, <br />carried, request of Olgin Bros. <br /> <br />seconded by Chapman and <br />to hold Mexican shc~ <br /> <br />at N.E. corner 2nd and Artesia Sts. <br />Police Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, <br />carried, application of O.
