Bdwy Park Tract. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance - Fire Works. <br /> <br />APPROVED: <br /> <br />Pres~, 'Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />Trustee Purinton introduced a re~ lution releasing <br /> covering ~mprovements in Tract 425, <br />the surety bond/and sureties thereon from any <br /> <br />further obligation by reason of the improvement of <br />N.Broadway Park being covered in street proceeding <br />known as Assessment District No. 63. <br /> <br /> The resolution was filed, read, considered, <br />designated Resolution No. 1482 and passed by the <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo. McPhee, <br /> E.B.Collier, F.L.Purinton, J.W.Tubbs. <br /> <br /> Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />An ordinance was introduced prohibiting the <br />sale of fire works in the city of Samta Aha. <br />the ordinance was ordered filed, read, considered, <br />and referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Purinton <br /> <br />and carried, the Board adjourned to April 27th, <br />1925, 7:30 P. M. in the Council Chamber. <br /> <br /> <br />
