The ordinance wes read and considered, the roll was called and the ordinan~ passed by the affim~ative vote of the following named two-thirds and more ef all the members of the Board of Trustees vf the city of Santa Ann, and was thereupon approved by the President of the Board of Trustees, si~ned by the Clerk and attested by the corporate seal, to wit: Ayes: Trustees C.W.Chepman, ~eo. An ordinance entitled as "An ordinance of the city of Santa Ann, California, regulating travel and trnffie upon the puhlic streets; estqblishing n central traffic district, and providing s penalty for the breach of any of the rules or regu- lations re~rding traffic in this ordinance provided", came up for final consideration. An ordinance entitled - "An ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance No. $75 granting to the Paoiflc Electric Land Company, a corpor- ation, a franchise to operate automobile busses on, along and over public streets of the city of Santa Ann, prescribing regulations and conditions governing the use of such franchise, regulating the payment of a percentage of the gross annual receipts arising therefrom, and ~o- riding for the forfeiture thereoea came up for final consideration.
