In Re Office Equipment Chamber of Commerce. Santa Aha City May 25th, 1925. V:30 P. M. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by Chapman and carried, Oriffith Company was ~ranted s ninety day extension of time in which to complete contract covering the improvement of portions of Oran;e and C.vpress Avenues. Acommunlcation from the M. W. of A. thanking the Board for cooperation during recent convention of V. w. of A. was read. On motion cf Trustee Purinton seconded by Chapman and carried, same was accepted and ~laced on file. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Purinton and carried, bond of Humphreys & Willeford In* mount of $500 for house moving was referred to the Chedr for approval or d~sapproval. A protest was presented ei~ned by property owners and reagents in vicinity of 1000 block on Camille St. ?rotestin~ a~ainst maintenance of ,tab~es and yard ~n that vicinity by Mr. Wll]ard Lake and requestin~ the Board to declare same a public nuisance. On motion of Trustee Purinton, seconded by McPhee and carried, protest wes den~ed. A communication and pro~osed s~reement with Metals Refining Company covering disposal of tin cane was read. On motion of Trustee Chapm~n, seconded by Collier and carried, matter was referred to the C~ty Attorney, Street Commiestermr and S~reet Superintendent. On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Purinton and carried, offer of Chamber of Commerce to sell to En~neerlng Departw~nt certain office equipment, wee referred to Trustee McPhee.
