Lighting Dist. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, <br /> <br />the Clerk was <br />Map Tract No. <br /> <br />The plans and <br /> <br /> seconded by Collier and carried, <br />authorized to sign the Board's approval to <br />827, <br /> <br />specifications on 200,000 gallon reservoir for <br /> <br />the Water Department to <br /> <br />well on North Bristol Street were <br />Engineer and on motion of Trustee <br />and carried, same were approved. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chapman and <br /> <br />be located at ~he site of the new <br /> presented by the City <br /> Chapman, seconded by Goode <br /> <br />carried, <br /> <br />the bond of Will O'Brien for Sidewalk and Curbing was refer- <br />red to the City Attorney for investigation with reference to <br />the extension of time. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Goode and carried, <br />the Clerk was instructed to sign and return the accepted <br />agreement of the Pacific Electric Railway Company, granting <br />to the City of Santa Aha permission to lay a one inch conduit <br />two feet under tracks of Pacific Electric Railway at the <br />crossings of Bishop, Grant, Wakeham, Wisteria, Beverly, <br />Normandy and Harwood Streets in connection with the South- <br />east · ighting District. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, <br />the City Attorney was instructed to make investigations of <br />the legal angle relative to assessment districts being formed <br />to pay for the cost of illuminating ornamental lights in the <br />City of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Trustee Goode introduced a resolution declaring it to be the <br />intention of the Board of Trustees to order the construction <br />of an ornamental lighting system along a portion of E.Bishop, <br />Grant, Wakeham, Wisteria, Beverly, Normandy, Harwood, Orange, <br />~aple, Oak, Kilson, Hickory and Hall~day Streets. <br /> <br /> The resolution was ordered filed, read, considered, de~ig- <br />hated Resolution of Intention No. 1718 and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees <br /> <br />C.H.Chapman, Ceo 5~cPhee, E.B.Collier, <br />Stanley E.
