On motion of Trustee M~cPhee, seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, the Board as a Whole will inspect the street an~ <br />decide what relief can be afforded the protesting property <br />owners. <br /> <br />On ~otion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, <br />the application of Gcc Ezelle for permission to hang sign for <br />Mabel Rockwell School of Dancing at ll?~ E. Fourth Street, <br />was referred to the Electric Inspector with power to act. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Goode, seconded by Chapman and carried, <br />the Clerk was authorized to sign the Board's approval to Map <br />Tract Nc.glO, presented by W.W. Hoy, a subdivision within the <br />three mile limit of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Collier and carrie~ <br />the Clerk and the President of the Board were instructed to <br />sign Board's approval to the agreement between the City of <br />Santa Aha and Newbert Protection District and Talbert Drain- <br />age District for the temporary use of a drainage district to <br />divert the sewage from the outfall sewer into a drainage <br />ditch owned by the above mentioned Districts. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, seconded by Chapman and carried, <br />the application of Isa~c Grumantel to sell second hand cloth- <br />ing at 401~ E. Fourth Street was referred to the Health De- <br />partment for investigation. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, seconded by Goode and carried, <br />the credit memoranduH~ from the Marbellte Corporation of Ameri. <br />ca, in amount of $630.00 for standards taken from the South- <br />east Lighting District was ordered filed with the City Engi- <br />neer for credit on the following streets: <br /> <br /> 8 on Beverly Place between Orange and Oak Streets <br /> 6 on Harwood Street " " " " " <br /> ~ on Normandy Place " " " " " <br /> <br /> <br />
